- sour cream - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- butter flavor Crisco - 1/2 c
- large mashed bananas - 2 item
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan or 40 to 45 minutes for 2 9-inch rounds
How to make banana nut cake:
Mix ingredients in order given. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan or 40 to 45 minutes for 2 (9-inch) rounds. Top with Cream Cheese Frosting.Cream Cheese Frosting:1 stick butter1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature1 tsp. vanilla1 box powdered sugar Beat butter and cream cheese until fluffy.
