Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- cold water - 2/3 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- nuts - 1/2 c
- mashed bananas - 2 c
How to make banana nut cake:
Blend sugar, oil, eggs and water. Add bananas. Add all dry ingredients. Fold in nuts. Pour in a large baking pan, 16 x 10 x 2-inch, and bake at 325° for 30 minutes and then at 300° for 30 minutes or until baked.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
