  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • mashed bananas - 1 c
  • packaged biscuit mix - 2 c

How to make banana nut bread:

In mixer bowl, cream together sugar and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in mashed bananas and eggs. Add biscuit mix and fold in pecans. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour, or until golden brown.

Note: This bakes up well in the small loaf pans. Makes 4 to 5.
