Banana nut bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1/2 c
• flour - 2 c
• butter - 1/2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• bananas, mashed - 3 item

How to make banana nut bread:

Cream butter and sugar in bowl. Beat in eggs, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Sift together soda and flour. Add to creamed mixture. Add nuts and bananas. Mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 300° for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
