Banana nut bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• buttermilk - 1 Tbsp
• mashed bananas - 1 c
• margarine - 1/2 c
• pecans - 1/2 c
• lemon extract

How to make banana nut bread:

Mix sugar, margarine, egg and milk. Sift dry ingredients and add to first mixture. Blend in bananas, vanilla extract and nuts. Bake in loaf pan at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
