Banana nut bread
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- water - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- confectioners sugar
- egg - 1 item
- self-rising flour
- mashed bananas - 1 c
How to make banana nut bread:
Icing:1 c. confectioners sugar1/2 tsp. water1/2 tsp. vanilla In mixing bowl combine the flour, milk, bananas, beaten egg and oil. Mix thoroughly. Pour in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown. Blend sugar, vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon water or more if needed to make a smooth icing.
