Ingredients/Components
- cans buttermilk biscuits 10 in each can - 3 item
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- brown sugar - 1 c
How to make monkey bread:
Put sugar and cinnamon in plastic bag and mix well. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and shape into balls. Drop balls of dough into bag of mixture and coat well. Spray tube or Bundt pan with Pam and drop 1/2 of dough balls into sprayed pan. Sprinkle 1/2 nuts, then add remainder of balls and sprinkle in remaining nuts. Melt margarine with brown sugar and let almost boil. Pour over biscuit balls. Bake 35 minutes at 350°. Let stand 5 minutes after taking from oven.
