Banana loaf
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- pecans, chopped fine - 1 c
- large bananas, mashed fine - 3 item
How to make banana loaf:
Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs, bananas, salt, flour and nuts. Beat until smooth. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until it passes the toothpick test. This is delicious served with butter, cream cheese or just plain.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, American.
