Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- large egg - 1 item
- orange juice - 1 Tbsp
- fat bananas - 6 item
How to make banana fritters:
Peel and cut the bananas into 1/2-inch slices. Sprinkle with the sugar and orange juice. Leave for 20 minutes. Drop banana slices into the fritter batter and then, one by one, into the hot deep fat. Fry until golden brown (about 3 minutes). Lift ouRecipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Fruit.
