  • cream cheese - 1 (8
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • self-rising flour
  • Cool Whip - 12 oz
  • margarine - 3/4 c
  • or 6 bananas, sliced - 5 item
  • fruit pie filling cherry - 1 (16

How to make banana dessert:

Melt margarine in bottom of 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish. Add flour and pecans, mix well and spread over bottom of pan. Bake at 270° for 1 hour.

Beat together cream cheese, sugar and fold 8 ounces Cool Whip into cream cheese mixture. Spread over crust. Top with bananas. Cover with fruit pie filling and cover with Cool Whip topping. Cover and chill.
