- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- shortening - 2/3 c
- mashed bananas - 1 c
- sour milk - 4 Tbsp
- ground pecans or walnuts - 1/2 c
How to make banana cream cake:
Cream sugar and shortening; add unbeaten eggs one at a time. Add mashed bananas and milk. Add dry ingredients. Bake 25 minutes in 350° oven. I use 2 (9-inch) cake pans.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low protein.
