Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- mashed bananas - 1 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
How to make banana chip cookies:
Cream shortening with sugar in large bowl. Add egg. Beat in dry ingredients and mashed bananas. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Mix well. Drop rounded teaspoonful onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
