- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- mashed bananas - 1 c
- butterscotch chips - 2 c
- pecans - 1 c
How to make banana chip cookies:
Cream together first 4 ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add bananas and half of flour mixture. Mix well. Add chips and nuts; then rest of flour. Drop on greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake for about 12 minutes at 350°. Makes a soft cookie and a large batch.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
