  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • flour, sifted - 2 c
  • sour milk - 1/3 c
  • large bananas, mashed - 3 item

How to make banana cake:

Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder. Beat remaining ingredients together until fluffy. Add dry ingredients to batter; mix. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
