Apple coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• brown sugar
• butter - 1/4 lb
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• flour, sifted - 2 c
• softened butter - 2 Tbsp
• apples, finely chopped

How to make apple coffee cake:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 tsp. cinnamon2 Tbsp. softened butter Mix all ingredients together. Spread batter in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

Combine Topping ingredients in bowl; spread over batter. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
