Plum cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• oil - 3/4 c
• soda - 1/2 tsp
• powdered sugar
• red food coloring - 1 tsp
• ground cloves - 1 tsp
• small jars plum baby food - 2 item
• to 4 lemon juice - 3 item

How to make plum cake:

Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar3 to 4 lemon juice Mix the sugar, oil, eggs, plums, food coloring and vanilla. Add flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves and pecans. Mix well and pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

Mix glaze ingredients. Glaze cake while still warm after removing from pan.
