Balsamic vinaigrette
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- balsamic vinegar - 1/4 c
- garlic clove, crushed - 1 item
- extra virgin olive oil - 3/4 c
How to make balsamic vinaigrette:
Place all ingredients except parsley in a blender. Blend 2 minutes or until emulsified. Stir in parsley. Use immediately or refrigerate up to 3 days. Makes 1 cup. Use as a marinade or on salads. Delicious!Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Salads, Salad dressings.
