Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • balsamic vinegar - 1/4 c
  • garlic clove, crushed - 1 item
  • extra virgin olive oil - 3/4 c

How to make balsamic vinaigrette:

Place all ingredients except parsley in a blender. Blend 2 minutes or until emulsified. Stir in parsley. Use immediately or refrigerate up to 3 days. Makes 1 cup. Use as a marinade or on salads. Delicious!
