- tomatoes - 4 item
- slices cheese - 8 item
- Stove Top stuffing or homemade dressing - 2 c
How to make baked tomatoes:
Trim tops off 4 large tomatoes. Slice into halves. Mound your favorite dressing on each half. Arrange on an oiled baking dish. Top with Parmesan, Cheddar or Swiss cheese slices. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Vegetables.
