Baked tomatoes



Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- seasoned salt - 2 Tbsp
- wheat germ - 1/4 c
- firm tomatoes - 6 item
How to make baked tomatoes:
Wash and dry tomatoes, remove top portion from each. Melt margarine and add remaining ingredients. Place tomatoes in baking dish and cover with topping. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes or until barely tender. These can be prepared well in advance and stored in refrigerator before baking. Serves 6.Exchanges per serving: 1 bread, 1 fat.
