Ingredients/Components
- bacon - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- reed potatoes 1 to 2 per person
How to make baked potatoes:
Clean and cut potatoes in half. Place in greased baking pan. Slice onion in rings and place on top of potatoes, then salt and pepper to taste.Take bacon slices and place on top of onions. Cover baking pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Take cover off about 15 minutes before removing from oven. It may take longer to bake, depending on potatoes.
