Baked lemon pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 5 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- rind of 1/2 lemon
How to make baked lemon pudding:
Mix flour and sugar. Cut in butter, rind and juice. Add well beaten egg yolks and milk. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into a 2-quart buttered dish. Set in pan of warm water. Bake 45 minutes in a 325° oven.Recipe of Effie Libby.
