Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- dried parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- grated lemon peel - 2 tsp
- seasoned dry bread crumbs - 1 c
- haddock fillets - 2 lb
How to make baked lemon haddock:
Cut fish into serving size pieces. Place in a greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Low Carb, Low in....
