Baked chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 3 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- potato chips - 2 c
- chopped pecans or almonds - 3/4 c
- can boned chicken - 1 oz
How to make baked chicken salad:
Mix all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle a few potato chips on top. (These are not part of potato chips in ingredients; they are extra.) Bake in an 8 1/4 x 8 1/4-inch Pyrex dish 25 to 30 minutes at 350°. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Salads, Chicken, Poultry.
