Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 1/2
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- diced celery - 3/4 c
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- diced cooked turkey - 3 c
- chow mein noodles or crushed potato chips - 1 item
How to make turkey crunch casserole:
Mix first 6 ingredients; stir soup into mayonnaise. Toss with turkey mixture. Put in 8 x 13-inch baking dish; sprinkle with noodles. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes or until it bubbles.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Turkey.
