Baked chicken reuben
Ingredients/Components
- slices Swiss cheese - 4 item
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- Thousand Island dressing
- sauerkraut, well drained - 1 lb
- whole chicken breasts, halved and boned season to taste - 4 item
How to make baked chicken reuben:
Place chicken in buttered baking pan; place sauerkraut over chicken. Top with cheese. Pour dressing evenly over cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 325° about 1 hour. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley. Serve over white rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
