Baked cauliflower
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- medium cauliflower - 1 item
- slices bacon, reserve drippings - 2 item
How to make baked cauliflower:
Cook whole cauliflower in boiling water until tender, 15 minutes. Cook bacon, remove and crumble; set aside. Add onion to 2 tablespoons bacon drippings. Cook until tender. Stir in soup and milk; add cheese. Place drained, cooked cauliflower in 1-quart casserole. Pour sauce on top. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Garnish with reserved bacon.
