Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- honey - 2 tsp
- acorn squash - 1 item
How to make baked acorn squash:
Cut acorn squash in half crosswise. Scoop out seeds and place in a baking dish. Mix honey, butter, nutmeg and cinnamon. Place half of this mixture in each section of squash. Bake in 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Vegetables.
