Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- ketchup - 3/4 c
- bacon - 1 item
- hot ketchup - 1/4 c
- whole canned chestnuts - 1 item
How to make bacon wrapped chestnuts:
Slice bacon strips in half. Wrap around a chestnut and stick a toothpick in to hold together. Bake for 40 to 60 minutes at 325°. Drain off grease.Make sauce of hot ketchup, ketchup and sugar. Pour over baked chestnuts and bake another 25 to 40 minutes.
