Ingredients/Components
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled - 12 item
- medium to large mushrooms - 32 item
- salt to season - 1 item
How to make bacon stuffed mushrooms:
Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Brush caps with butter. Combine bacon, mayonnaise, onion, cheese and salt. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Place on baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325° until cheese bubbles.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Vegetables, Mushroom.
