Ingredients/Components
- shredded carrots - 2 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- herb-seasoned stuffing mix - 1/2 c
- grated onion - 1 tsp
- can cream of shrimp soup, undiluted - 1 oz
- fresh asparagus, cut up or 2 8 oz - 4 c
- sour cream to double, use only 3/4 c - 1/2 c
How to make asparagus supreme:
Cook fresh asparagus in boiling, salted water for 5 to 6 minutes (or cook frozen according to package directions). Drain well. Combine soup, sour cream, carrots, onion and pepper. Fold in asparagus. Turn mixture into a 1-quart baking dish. CombinRecipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Asparagus.
