Asparagus salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- gelatin - 1 Tbsp
- cold water - 1/4 c
- whipped cream - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- blanched almonds - 1 c
- canned asparagus, cut - 1 c
How to make asparagus salad:
Drain asparagus and reserve 1 cup liquid. Heat liquid and dissolve gelatin in cold water. Pour gelatin mixture into hot liquid and stir. Fold in mayonnaise, whipped cream, salt and lemon juice.
