Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- can fruit cocktail, drained - 1 oz
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- horseradish - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1/2 c
How to make frozen fruit salad:
Warm cheese to room temperature. Blend sugar and horseradish well with mixer. Add fruit and pineapple. Mix well, using a big spoon. Pour into 8 muffin cups and put in freezer. Take out when frozen and serve on lettuce leaf. Top with poppy seed dressing.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
