- cans asparagus spears - 2 item
- boiled eggs - 6 item
- lo-fat mayonnaise - 1 item
- green stuffed olives, sliced - 1 item
How to make asparagus salad:
Arrange asparagus flat on a large plate. Grate boiled eggs and spread on top of asparagus. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on top of this.
