Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- chopped onions - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can artichokes, in brine not oil - 1 item
How to make artichoke spread:
Drain artichokes; dry with paper towel, coarsely chop. Mix together with rest of ingredients, spread into shallow ovenproof dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden. Serve warm with crackers or party rye.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Vegetables, Spreads.
