Artichoke dip
Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- seasoning salt - 1 item
- cans artichoke hearts, drained - 2 item
- small jar mayonnaise - 1 item
How to make artichoke dip:
Chop artichoke hearts in small pieces and mix with Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise. Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.Serve with commercially prepared garlic pita chips or make your own by spreading garlic butter on pita bread. Cut in bite size pieces and toast under broiler.
