  • pkg - 2 oz
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • egg, well beaten - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • pineapple juice - 1/2 c
  • Add remaining ingredients
  • peach juice - 1/2 c
  • 2 can pineapple chunks
  • apricot juice - 1/2 c
  • 2 can apricot halves, cut into chunks
  • 2 can peach slices, cut into chunks
  • whipped cream or Dream Whip, prepared according to directions on pkg - 1 c

How to make apricot salad:

Combine and stir until completely dissolved, Jell-O and boiling water. Add remaining ingredients. Put into a 9 x 13-inch dish and refrigerate until slightly thickened. Top with 1/2 package white miniature marshmallows. Chill until firm.Topping:1/2 c. sugar3 Tbsp. cornstarch1 egg, well beaten1/2 c. apricot juice1/2 c. pineapple juice2 Tbsp. butter1 c. whipped cream or Dream Whip, prepared according to directions on pkg. grated Cheddar cheese Cook in double boiler sugar, cornstarch, egg, apricot and pineapple juices. When mixture is thick, add butter and mix well. When cold, fold in whipped cream or Dream Whip. Sprinkle with cheese.
