Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cold water - 2 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- egg - 1 item
- miniature marshmallows - 2 c
- pineapple juice - 1/2 c
- apricot jello
- 2 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 can sliced apricots, cut up
How to make apricot salad:
Topping:1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour1/2 c. pineapple juice1 egg2 Tbsp. butter Mix jello, hot water, cold water, pineapple, apricots and marshmallows. Cook topping ingredients until thick. Remove from heat. Add 1/2 cup cream cheese and cool. WhiRecipe categories: Fruit, Low sodium, Salads.
