Apricot salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- miniature marshmallows - 3/4 c
- small boxes orange jello - 2 item
- water 2 hot and 1 cold - 3 c
- each apricot and pineapple juice - 1/2 c
- can apricots, chopped fine - 1 oz
- Topping:2 eggs, slightly beaten
How to make apricot salad:
Mix together and congeal.Topping:2 eggs, slightly beaten1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour Mix and cook in double boiler stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons butter. Cool and add to 1 cup whipped cream. Spread on top of apricot mixture. Top with 3/4 cup grated cheese.Recipe categories: Fruit, Low sodium, Salads.
