Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cream cheese - 3 oz
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • cold water - 2 c
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • whipping cream - 1/2 pt
  • miniature marshmallows - 1 c
  • oleo - 2 Tbsp
  • bananas - 2 item
  • pineapple juice - 1/2 c
  • boxes peach Jell-O - 2 oz

How to make peach salad:

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add cold water. Cool and add marshmallows, drained pineapple and sliced bananas. Refrigerate until set.

Simmer pineapple juice, sugar, flour, oleo and egg until thick. Add cream cheese. Chill. Whip cream and fold into mixture; spread over Jell-O.

I use 1 package of Dream Whip instead of cream and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
