Ingredients/Components
- medium Cool Whip - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- cans mandarin oranges - 2 item
- apricot jello - 6 oz
- medium cottage cheese - 1 item
How to make apricot salad:
Drain pineapple, but leave some juice. Place jello in drained pineapple and mix until jello is dissolved. Add carton of cottage cheese, mixing well, then add drained mandarin orange slices. Fold in Cool Whip. Place in 13 x 9-inch dish. Place in refrigerator to congeal. It is better next day or needs all day to firm.Recipe categories: Fruit, Low sodium, Salads.
