- sugar - 2/3 c
- cream cheese - 1 (8
- pkg - 2 oz
- water - 2/3 c
- can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- pecans or walnuts, chopped
- small jars apricot baby food - 2 item
How to make apricot salad:
Combine jello, sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar and jello. Remove from heat. Stir in fruit. Set aside to cool. Combine milk and cream cheese, beating until smooth. Stir in gelatin mixture, then the nuts. Pour into mold or bowl. Chill until firm.Recipe categories: Fruit, Low sodium, Salads.
