Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 c
- 3 oz - 2 pkg
- boiling water - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz
- carton frozen whipped topping, thawed - 1 oz
How to make apricot salad:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Stir in gelatin. Add pineapple and mix well. Chill. When mixture begins to thicken, fold in whipped topping. Pour into a 2 1/2-quart serving bowl. Chill for at least 2 hours. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.Recipe categories: Fruit, Low sodium, Salads.
