Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- confectioners sugar
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- lemon juice
- apricot nectar - 1 c
- box lemon cake mix with pudding - 1 item
How to make apricot nectar cake:
Mix cake mix, apricot nectar, oil, sugar and eggs on low speed until well blended, then on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into well-greased and floured Bundt pan and bake in a 350° oven until done. Remove from oven; let cool slightly, then remove from pan.Mix confectioners sugar and lemon juice for glaze. Top cake with glaze while cake is still warm. Can add more sugar or lemon juice if needed.
