Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- crushed walnuts - 1/2 c
- small or 1 large box apricot jello - 2 item
How to make apricot jello salad:
Mix jello with 2 cups boiling water until dissolved. Add 1 cup ice water. Stir. Add pineapple with 1 cup of the pineapple juice. Stir in walnuts and add sour cream. Stir until ingredients are dissolved and mixed well. Refrigerate until set.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low sodium, Gelatin.
