  • cream cheese - 1 (8
  • cold water - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • medium carton Cool Whip - 1 item
  • large box apricot Jell-O - 1 item

How to make apricot delight:

Cook Jell-O, crushed pineapple and sugar 2 minutes. Let cool. Whip cream cheese and water. Stir this into the cooled Jell-O mixture. When set, stir in a box of Cool Whip.
