  • sugar - 2/3 c
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • water - 2/3 c
  • crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
  • large jar apricot baby food - 1 item
  • or 3 3 oz - 1 oz
  • carton apricot or pineapple yogurt - 1 oz

How to make apricot delight:

Mix Jell-O, sugar and water. Cook over medium heat until Jell-O dissolves and mixture boils. Beat together cream cheese and yogurt. Fold in baby food, pineapple and pecans. Fold in Jell-O mixture. Pour into 1-quart mold. Refrigerate until set.
