Applesauce oat muffins
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/4 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 3/4 tsp
- quick oats
- honey - 1/3 c
- egg white - 1 item
- unsweetened applesauce - 1 c
- whole grain flour - 1/4 c
How to make applesauce oat muffins:
Combine oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and soda. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into greased muffin pan or paper muffin liners placed in muffin pan. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 12 to 18 muffins.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
