Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 3/4 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- all-purpose flour
- egg whites - 2 item
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- unsweetened applesauce - 1 c
- Quaker oats Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked
How to make applesauce oat muffins:
Heat oven to 375°. Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add combined applesauce, oil, egg whites and vanilla; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
