Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 Tbsp
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/4 c
  • unsweetened applesauce
  • medium eggs, beaten - 2 item

How to make applesauce bread:

Combine first 6 ingredients in small bowl. Set aside. Combine last 3 ingredients in medium bowl; mix until well blended. Gradually add dry mixture until just blended. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. (Sometimes I make cupcakes
