Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • walnuts - 1 c
  • apples - 4 c

How to make apple walnut cake:

Dice apples. Mix with sugar. Beat in eggs. Add oil and vanilla. Mix together flour, cinnamon and baking soda. Add chopped walnuts. Bake 1 hour at 350°.

If you prefer, cream cheese frosting.
